Are You Withholding and Destroying Relationships?

Withholding. We’ve all been there. Having something we want and need to say but then not saying it. We call this the fool’s choice in relationships. Sure, there’s always a long list of “reasons” (excuses) of why we don’t want to share what’s on our mind and bothering us, but here’s the thing:
If you don’t talk it out… you’ll act it out.
That’s not a good thing.
Maybe you’ll withdraw from the relationship. Maybe you’ll start to become sarcastic, disrespectful, or even hostile towards the relationship. Either way, this simply isn’t the best choice.
Today, we’ll talk this out, discuss how to recognize it, look introspectively on these issues, and we’ll discuss how to best approach these tough situations to create a healthy reconciliation.
